Fresh herbs from Skåne and the world
Our herbs are grown from March to October on our fields outside of Landskrona in Skåne. Here in Skåne, there’s an abundance of water, fertile soil, and many hours of sunlight. When the Swedish climate gets too dark and cold, we switch to importing from our contracted growers and partners.
There’s something truly special about field grown herbs that grow under the open sky. With natural sunlight, fresh air, and the nourishment of the soil, the herbs develop a richer aroma and deeper character. From start the small seed must fight against the changing weather from strong wind and rain to bright sunlight. The plant must establish strong roots to grow resilient and robust. The herbs are also given time to develop and reach their full potential. We let nature do its work, and the result is herbs full of character and flavor.

Local. International. Phenomenal.
Fresh mint tea in January or a warming pasta with sage butter? Where do the herbs come from when the days get shorter and the temperatures drop?
In addition to our seasonal cultivation from March to October in Skåne, we also
offer Mediterranean herbs grown in open fields by carefully selected growers in
Italy, Portugal, Spain, Morocco, and Israel during the rest of the year. Through
close collaboration, we can offer high-quality products from regions with
fascinating culinary cultures and the best climate conditions. The more sun, the
more aromatic the flavor is – this rule applies to most herbs, and that’s exactly
what we focus on.
Choosing our partners is a meticulous process with a long list of quality criteria,
and certifications in accordance with international standards are a fundamental
requirement for long-term cooperation. We also require that all our raw materials
undergo strict quality controls to ensure our products maintain high quality all
year around. We work together with our partners on innovative projects to
develop sustainable solutions within the fruit and vegetable sector.
Other key requirements for selecting partners include high product quality,
traceability throughout the supply chain, and certified cultivation. We meet both
national and international standards, which in many cases exceed legal
requirements.
Supply reliability and quality in harmony
We strive to continuously develop the fresh herb category and be the number one provider in field grown herbs – 365 days a year.
